The State of Tennessee Takes Regulatory Action Against Brent Turner

Consent Order from the State of Tennessee

On March 4, 2022, the Securities Division of the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance filed a consent order against Brent Turner.

The Division alleges that Brent Turner failed to maintain adequate ledgers, consistently provide required disclosures, enforce written policies and procedures, and maintain all copies of client agreements.
