FINRA Bars Blake Eskew for Alleged Refusal to Appear for Testimony

On February 16, 2023, Blake Eskew consented to the entry of findings that he allegedly refused to appear for on-the-record testimony requested by FINRA.
A Letter of Acceptance, Waiver & Consent (AWC) alleges that Blake Eskew failed to respond to multiple requests to appear for testimony. He allegedly notified FINRA of his refusal to appear for testimony on January 23, 2023.
The AWC concludes that this alleged refusal constitutes a violation of FINRA Rules 8210 and 2010.

Sanctions
