Andrew Kauth Facing Allegations of Unsuitable Investments and Misrepresentation

On November 30, 2021, an investor alleged that Andrew Kauth did not take into consideration his age and financial situation before he recommended an investment. The investor further alleged that Andrew Kauth did not tell him there was a possibility of a liquidation of 87 cents to a dollar.
