Pending Civil Suit
On July 2, 2022, the Trustees of the New York State Nurses Association Pension Plan filed a civil suit against Andre Hakkak and another co-founder of White Oak Global Advisors, an affiliate of White Oak Merchant Partners.
The suit alleges that Andrew Hakkak and the other co-founder participated in the “technical” breaches of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 previously alleged against White Oak Global Advisors in a suit filed in October 2021.
