Adrian Troublefield Terminated Following Allegations of Invalid Applications
Adrian Troublefield (CRD #: 6910151), a broker formerly registered with PFS Investments, has been fired. This is according to his BrokerCheck record, accessed on February 7, 2022. Details providing his termination are provided below.
On January 22, 2021, PFS Investments terminated Adrian Troublefield’s employment following allegations that he submitted term life insurance applications with questionable or invalid information. Adrian Troublefield was also terminated from PFS Investment’s life insurance affiliate.
The alleged conduct would violate FINRA Rule 2010, which requires brokers to observe high standards of commercial honor and just and equitable principles of trade.
Adrian Troublefield has passed the following exams:
- SIE – Securities Industry Essentials Examination
- Series 6 Investment Company Products/ Variable Contracts Representative Examination
He has only ever worked with PFS Investments (CRD #: 10111).
