Nico Banks is an Associate at Kurta Law, a national law firm representing investors in securities litigation and arbitration. He joined the Firm in May of 2022.
Mr. Banks has outstanding academic credentials: He graduated near the top of his class from Cornell Law School and also from Claremont McKenna College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and an accelerated Master of Arts degree in finance. He also worked as a litigation associate for Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton’s antitrust practice group, which is widely considered the top antitrust practice group in the country.
